the next wedding was megan and trevor's. they got married in the thybergs yard in east liberty. over the course of several months the happy couple, the thyberg family and an army of friends helped turn the yard into a gloriously beautiful garden. the house was painted, the windows were washed, everything was gorgeous. they had a party the night beforehand and everyone was invited. it was the most relaxed and i think probably the most fun wedding i have been to as of yet...and that's saying a lot seeing as how megan is my fourth roommate in a year i have seen off into married life. through most of the party i got to hang out with mr. gretz and jeff, talking about music which was so much fun. jeff ended up staying at my house and it was so great having the chance to talk with him at length. the wedding day was unbearably hot but still beautiful. during the reception people made toasts and steve played the guitar for them to dance to. the surreal, film worthy moment the sometimes occurs being a part of this community was steve playing the beatles "in my life" as the meg and trevor danced and everyone stood around them and sang.
