Well, still not doing so well on the updated posting thing. What a crazy week has passed. The prayer room was filled almost every hour of every day and it was really incredible to see the way God moved among a 24/7 prayer movement...in the basement of a tattoo shop that was once a dominatrix lounge no less. Something new appeared every time i cam in that room. The walls were covered in prayer requests, praises, names of people to pray for, Scripture, drawings, things God had layed on people's hearts. Hearts were broken for this city. The holy Saturday service seemed to go well. Sunday the Post-Gazette article came out. A guy named Tony Norman wrote a three page article on emerging church plants in pittsburgh and threenails was one of them. who would have ever thought that threenails would have made it into the post-gazette twice within 7 months. one of the first things we established as threenails was that we wanted this to be organic, to grow out of relationships and not publicity. a fight club mentality. first rule of fight club, don't tell people about fight club. well, something like that. we're also mentioned in a Pittsburgh magazine article through hot dogma, though they write that we're a "local episcopal youth group." hahaha oh my, youth group. yeah...hmm...no.

well, my time card's about to time out and i have to get to the tattoo shop for bible study, hahaha what an interesting life i do lead.
