well...karis is stable for now. they've post-poned the surgery until tomorrow, maybe thursday. when they drained the blood out of her lungs this morning, more fresh blood filled them which hasn't happened before, and shouldn't happen. last night we all got together at jane st and prayed for her. it was me, kris, megan, dan, emily, francis, keith, dave hays, ren, matt, greg and jannelle. the spirit of God really moved. it was the first time i had cried for karis and i wasn't the only one. no one could say enough good things about her. how beautiful she was, how beautiful her spirit was, how continually Christ like, what an example she is to all of us. we prayed that God's joy that just seems to always overflow in karis would radiate from her bed to the rest of the children in the ICU. we prayed over and over again for our trust to be in God, and that i don't think i ever thought until last night that we could lose her. she's always been so strong, she's such a fighter. but it's real now. i want her to live for the living testimony she would be to the world for the Kingdom but I know that if God takes her she will be out of pain and with the lover of her soul.

i don't know what else to say for now, but i am praying...

cell group tonight with francis at the zaher's
